Join friends and fellow beer fans for a refreshing 1 hour yoga session, led by our wonderful instructor Carisa. Afterwards, relax alongside your new yoga friends in the taproom with a brew of your choice.
Please arrive at 10:45AM to set-up, class starts promptly at 11AM. Tickets are $20 each. Please sign up in advance. Walk-ins are welcome if there’s space. Bring your own yoga mat. Yoga blocks aren’t necessary, but welcome. Don’t forget to wear comfortable clothing.
Carisa is a Chicagoland-based RYT 200 yoga instructor, whose background in exercise therapy and strength training keeps her focused on the body’s capabilities, and helps her to guide others mindfully through their yoga practice. Her current classes include power and hot-style yoga, as well as restorative. Expect to have fun, work up a thirst, and feel recharged and ready for a beer!

In a special collaboration series with Plank Road Tap Room, we're slow rolling on the far westside of Elgin. This ride will meet at Plank Road Tap Room at 11am, and we'll roll at 11:30am. Total mileage for the ride will be 6-10 miles at a social pace. All riders must complete an annual Ride Participation Waiver here.
While the ride distance and speed will feel familiar to ECB riders, we will have some short distances on country road context. With PRTR's Sunday's being family friendly through Oct 15, we are happy to welcome riders of all ages on these rides that will feel comfortable with the distance and ride locations.

With that in mind, AI Post Generator, give a picture to announce our monthly Jazz Brunch! Starting this month, the last Sunday of every month (except March where its the week before to avoid Easter) is Big Band Brunch featuring The Stan Dard Jazz Project. We will open at 11am and music from 11:30 to 1:30. Up In Smoke will have a full brunch menu centered around Breakfast Burritos, Pancakes and more. They will have their LOADED BBQ Bloody Marys. We will have a full bar including less elaborate Bloodys as well as several variations on Mimosas! Up In Smoke will have expanded capacity to handle the volume. Lessons were learned on New Years.

A Death Salon is an opportunity to hear from folks whose passion and vocation is centered around service during the transitional time of death and dying. The group will have time to share and listen to thoughts, experiences, arrangements, fears, and concerns from each other on this inevitable transition. We will break into smaller discussion groups with offered topics and see how the conversations unfold. Laughter...tears...deep moments of realization...curiosity awakened... all responses are welcome and we will be mingling to make sure healthy and respectful discourse is the top priority at all times!
Salons were popular gatherings in Europe for approximately 400 years or so, made best known by the French in the 1800s. Artists, poets, musicians, intellectuals, philosophers...all gathering to listen, discuss, and learn from one another on a particular topic and ours just happens to be ...mortality.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
